Convert R Objects to a Data Frame
convert2df.Rd
Attempt to "smartly" convert an arbitrary object
into a data.frame
object while keep the dimensions
of the same style.
Examples
# Compare outputs:
# Character
char <- head(letters, 10)
char
#> [1] "a" "b" "c" "d" "e" "f" "g" "h" "i" "j"
as.data.frame(char)
#> char

#> 2 b
#> 3 c
#> 4 d
#> 5 e
#> 6 f
#> 7 g
#> 8 h
#> 9 i
#> 10 j
convert2df(char)
#> v1 v2 v3 v4 v5 v6 v7 v8 v9 v10
#> 1 a b c d e f g h i j
